Waiting for parts so I decided to tackle the pedal box. Below bolt/tube that comes with the pedal box, above the same but from the donor. These are for the brakes. The donor used nice ball bearings which I want to use on the Sportster -

A little bit of work on the lathe to drill out the tube on the pedal and in pop the donor ball bearings. -

The clutch part needed the metal turning down a bit so the plastic sleeves from the donor would fit. After bolting together I was not happy with the amount of friction in the system, so I decided to do this one the same as the brakes. -

Clutch mater cylinder needed the holes drilling out to a bit to fit the screws through. Nice fit now. -
